DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for overall production operation, planning, preparation, production system establishment, maintenance and improvement.

? Supervise, control and follow up the production plan from PMC department, responsible for the implementation of the production plan, fulfill production and shipping plan just-in-time.
? 監督、控制和跟進PMC部門的生產計劃，負責生產計劃的實施，及時完成生產和出貨計劃。
? According to ISO9001 Quality System requirements, organize continuous improvement of production process, effectively improve product quality, responsible for product quality.
? 根據ISO9001質量體系要求，組織生產過程的持續改進，有效提高產品質量，對產品質量負責。
? Manage and control production cost, control and reduce the loss for various production materials, auxiliary material, and labor consumption, responsible for production cost.
? 管理和控制生產成本，控制和減少各種生產材料、輔助材料和勞動力消耗的損失，對生產成本負責。
? Supervise, control, follow up equipment maintenance schedule from equipment department, responsible for daily maintenance of production equipment.
? 監督、控制、跟進設備部門的設備維護計劃，負責生產設備的日常維護。
? Organize and formulate for production safety management system, and inspect, supervise and control production safety management, and responsible for it.
? 組織制定安全生產管理制度，檢查、監督、控制安全生產管理，并對其負責。
? Establish department personnel training system, responsible for the improvement of personnel quality and skills.
? 建立部門人員培訓制度，負責人員素質和技能的提高。
? Establish and improve the performance evaluation indicators of each position in the department, and supervise and evaluate them.
? 建立和完善部門各崗位的績效考核指標，并對其進行監督和考核。
? Organize department production meeting, production plan coordination meeting of related department.
? 組織部門生產會議，相關部門的生產計劃協調會議。
? Monthly and weekly reporting to top management.
? 每月、每周向高層領導匯報工作。
? Contact and cooperation with various departments, complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
? 與各部門聯系與合作，完成部門經理交辦的其他任務。
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years manufacturing management experience, 5+ years in production manager role. Solid experience to fully meet mass production targets including but not limited: efficiency, yield rate and 0 safety issue with efficiency way.
? 本科學位，10年以上生產管理經驗，5年以上生產經理職務。有扎實的經驗，能全面完成大規模生產目標，包括但不限于：效率、良品率和0安全問題的效率方式。
? Familiar with modern enterprise management, lean production management and practical experience accumulation, thorough understanding of mechanical processing and packaging equipment, able to direct and deal with the production emergency.
? 熟悉現代企業管理、精益生產管理和實踐經驗積累，對機械加工和包裝設備了解透徹，能指揮和處理生產中的突發事件。
? Excellent organization, summary, logic, presentation, coordination and improvement skills, integrity, teamwork. Strong production site control and improvement ability.
? 優秀的組織能力、總結能力、邏輯能力、表達能力、協調能力和改善能力，為人正直，有團隊精神。有較強的生產現場控制和改進能力。
? Aggressive and energetic, team leader to motivate people for targeted results, able to work under pressure.

? Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
? 流利的英語（寫作和口語）
Willing to travel to Thailand if necessary
